Why Did You Add Me?

I saw her picture on the Facebook

Took a closer look at her

And liked her

I then added her as my friend

Two weeks later when I met her online

She asked me, “Why did you add me?”

“Because I fancied you”, I replied

And she inquisitively wanted to know why

“Because we’ve never met before”, she protested

“Must we before we become friends”, I replied

And she continued with her

Blah blah blah blah blah

This love blah internet blah

Dating blah no blah sex blah

Facebook blah virgin blah

Blah blah blah blah blah

And I simply ignored her

Blocked her and deleted her

Because friendship is not all about sex

Or blah blah blah blah blah

It is not even a crime to be friends

And even if it is

It is still better than warfare.
